I already have a website with another provider, do you do the migration for free?
If your old provider has Cpanel, we perform the migration for free (shared servers only). If you have another control panel, you can consult us so that we can analyze your case and we will be happy to help you in the migration process for free. If we can, we do it.
Can you give Me support if I want to install a WordPress?
If you want, we can install wordpress for you, just purchase a hosting plan and request it through support ticket.
You also have a one-click wordpress installer if you prefer to do it yourself.
How invoice Spanish?
Yes.
Can I request a free SSL certificate for all hosted domains?
Yes (shared server only).
Can I use the hosting plan unlimited for storing files?
Not on shared servers. As we see in our conditions of employment, our hosting plans are designed to host web systems, we recommend that you read them carefully to see if your project is among the superclouding policies. You can always hire a clouding.
Is there any plan partnership or collaboration available to agencies and web design firms?
Yes. If you are an agency, web designer or similar, you can ask us to collaborate with us through our partner program. Get in touch and we'll call you to see how we can work together 😉
What is meant by Unlimited? Where is the trick?
There is no trick. Unlimited means Unlimited.
Unlimited space, Unlimited domains, Unlimited email accounts, Unlimited databases...
See the specifications hosting account Cpanel to resolve any doubts you may have with respect to the technical limitations of the accounts, the service and the server.
Do you offer phone support?
No. We only offer technical support to private accounts through support tickets. All our plans include premium support via support ticket. Doing so allows us and our customers to have a record of all support actions.
However, it is possible that contact you by phone if an incident requires it.
This type of support allows us to reduce structural costs of our system that translate into highly competitive prices.
If you are a professional, you can request to adhere to the partner program to receive phone support.
Is it true that if I go before 30 days I returned the money to my hosting plan?
Yes Before 30 days have elapsed since the contract was signed, you decide that you are not interested for any reason. You only have to request cancellation and we will refund your money. We will not ask you any uncomfortable questions or try to pressure you to stay with us (except clouding servers).
At superclouding we think that each project is different, that's why all our plans can increase your CPU and ram memory resources. If you want to extend a plan, you only have to file a support ticket and we will extend your account.
